With the support of the European Union in Kosovo, CEL Kosova successfully held the event Pride After Hours: Documentary, Memories of Resistance and Discussion.
During the interactive evening, we screened the documentary produced for Pride Week, which brought back memories, moments, and voices from the ten-year journey of the LGBTIQ+ movement in Kosovo. Following the screening, participants engaged in an open discussion on resistance, collective memory, and the importance of documenting our shared history. Such discussions can always lead to improvement and progress.
The support of the European Union in Kosovo is important for strengthening spaces where the memories, experiences, and voices of LGBTIQ+ communities can be preserved, heard, and shared with the wider public.
