The ninth edition of Annual School began on November 2 and ended on November 6, when a discussion panel on “feminist activism today – approaches and practices” was organized.
The school lasted five days, offering students lectures, talks, workshops, film screenings, gender interpretations of laws, and more. Students got the opportunity to raise their understanding and curiosity about gender and sexuality. Students from sociology, anthropology, psychology, and the arts, as well as other young people interested in gender studies, composed the 2023 generation. This edition’s lecturers included Linda Gusia, Rozafa Berisha, Lirika Demiri, Rita Selimi, Liri Kuçi, Gresa Rrahmani, and Bleona Kurteshi.
We would like to thank the Embassy of Sweden’s supporters, the collaborators of the University Program for Gender Studies and Research for their collaboration, as well as the students, lecturers, and participants who joined us on the final day of the Annual School.
