CEL has delivered on-going training with young people in the municipality of Prizren on human rights, with a particular focus on the LGBTI community.
This training is held in cooperation with Kosovar Youth Council – KYC and is supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kosovo
