CEL organized the conference: ‘Institutional engagement on LGBTI community’ and the purpose of the conference was to promote the debate on the LGBTI-issue and to encourage dialogue between the country’s institutions and other stakeholders dealing with issues of the LGBTI community in Kosovo.
