Following important academic presentations, open activist discussions, and a productive debate, we successfully concluded the Student Research Presentation Conference: “Perspectives from the Everyday Lives of LGBTQI+ People in Kosovo.”
Students from the University of Prishtina presented four research projects focusing on the experiences and realities of LGBTQI+ people in Kosovo, addressing topics such as coming out in the Kosovar context, the experiences of non-binary people, social media and cyberbullying, as well as migration.
The presentations were followed by valuable discussions with participants, creating space for questions, reflection, and the exchange of perspectives on the challenges faced by the LGBTQI+ community in everyday life.
