Pride Week 2018 was held from October 5th to 10th under the slogan “In the Name of
Freedom.”
During this week, a series of events were organized, including:
Film Screenings: Screenings of films such as “Women who kill” and “Political animals.”
Workshops: Workshops on self-defense, personal development, community organizing,
and mobilizing LGBTQ+ youth.
Exhibitions: The “Queer Salon” exhibition focused on diversity in media and queer art.
Conferences: Conferences on improving LGBTQI+ rights, including discussions on the
challenges faced by transgender individuals and the role of civil servants in promoting
LGBTQ+ rights.
