This panel discussed the current situation regarding the recommendations that were sent to the law on marriages for the laws to be harmonized with the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
In this panel a very constructive debate was held which also highlighted the willingness of civil society to contribute to the Civil Code project in order to be as comprehensive as possible and to serve every citizen of Kosovo.
In this panel were invited Blert Morina, Executive Director at Center for Equality and Liberty – CEL, Igballe Rogova, Executive Director of Kosovo Women’s Network, Alfonos Benjamin Lentze, EU Program for Civil Code and Kerstin Niethammer-Jurgents, EU Program for the Civil Code.
